I recently spoke at a financial services forum in Europe and met an absolutely charming Frenchman, Arnaud de Villepin. We had much in common including a love for the wonderful Kensington and Chelsea area of London and a passion for sailing.
Arnaud was particularly keen to learn about the 'mindset' the world's great retail leaders nurture within their organisations ...and I was flattered to receive this endorsement from him:

Like the financial services forms need a good certified financial planner for their area of sailing. Organization need a better leader like a planner, who work for business in finance. In the field of financial world all the organization need to keep their financial planner with them.
